**Adoption and Transportation Information**
Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO, UT, ID, OR, WA, VT, CT, VA, NY, PA, OH, MN, WI, IL, IN, KY, TN, MD, NC, SC & Canada. Canadian adopters must arrange pickup at an approved United States transport stop, such as Bellingham, WA, or the closest available location.
Our cats travel to their forever families aboard a private, air-conditioned transport bus. Two drivers and two onboard attendants provide care throughout the journey, ensuring the animals are supervised around the clock.
Adoption day is an exciting experience! Adopters can follow the journey through a private Facebook Event page, where they'll find travel updates, photos, communication from the transport team, and opportunities to connect with other adopting families.
An Adoption Coordinator can help identify the most convenient pickup location for your family.
**Adoption Fee and Veterinary Care**
The adoption fee is $475 and includes comprehensive veterinary preparation and transportation arrangements.
Included veterinary care consists of FVRCP vaccinations (at least two doses, with additional doses depending on age and time in rescue), FeLV vaccinations, rabies vaccination, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay or neuter surgery, flea prevention, and combination disease testing.
When recommended by the rescue's veterinary partners, additional necessary medical procedures may be completed before adoption, including dental care, eye procedures, or orthopedic treatment.
The adoption package also includes microchipping with complimentary lifetime registration, a veterinary health certificate approving travel, transportation costs subject to the surcharge described below, and of course, the priceless companionship of your new feline family member.
