Delta Airlines - Tabby and Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Friendswood, Texas

Meet Delta Airlines The Gentle Little Explorer!

Delta is a gentle little guy who wants so badly to join the adventure—he just needs a little extra time to convince himself it's safe first. Curious, thoughtful, and incredibly handsome, this soft orange tabby boy has a playful personality waiting to come out once his confidence catches up with his curiosity.

Delta almost looks almost identical to his brother, American, with a beautiful orange tabby coat, an adorable little face, and some of the softest fur you'll want to run your hands through.

Of all his siblings, Delta tends to be the most cautious when experiencing unfamiliar surroundings and meeting new people. You'll see his curiosity working almost immediately—he watches what's happening, wants to investigate, and clearly wants to be part of the fun—but he prefers to take things at his own pace.

Give him patience, gentle encouragement, and the freedom to decide when he's ready, and you'll start seeing that playful little kitten emerge.

And if you're looking for the quickest way to break the ice, bring out a wand toy! With plenty of toys available to choose from, the wand consistently caught Delta's attention the most. It's a great way to engage him without putting too much pressure on him while he gets comfortable.

A friendly, confident feline companion could be wonderful for Delta and may help show him that new experiences aren't so scary. At the same time, his thoughtful and independent nature could also make him a lovely single-kitten companion for someone willing to give him the time and reassurance he needs to blossom.

Delta isn't the kitten who will necessarily be first in line to investigate something new. He's the one watching from nearby, slowly working up the courage to join—and getting to see that confidence grow is part of what makes him so endearing.

Soft, handsome, curious, and wonderfully thoughtful, Delta Airlines is ready for a patient family who will let him find his confidence at his own pace. Once he does, there's a playful little boy waiting for his chance to take off. Submit your adoption application today!

When you adopt, you save more than one life— the one you adopted, and the space opened up to save another.
