Figgy Fields - Tabby Cat for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

Figgy Fields is a very handsome, talkative, gentle and sweet, golden-eyed, one-year-old, nine-pound, male silver tabby cat looking for a loving guardian.

This boy is a love sponge and a volunteer favorite. He rolls over on his back for belly rubs and purrs and purrs (and drools with joy). He is the quintessential lap cat. He will work the room jumping from lap to lap, gazing lovingly into your eyes. He is a playful dude who loves to play fetch. He will also snuggle next to you in bed all night.

Figgy Fields had been stuck under the grate for days meowing for rescue. Luckily, besides being skinny (only six pounds at the time of his rescue), he is otherwise very healthy, now neutered, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, microchipped and virus-tested negative. He has been fecal-tested, dewormed and treated with Revolution as preventative.

Figgy Fields has been very well-behaved in the home, and uses his litter box like a good boy. Unfortunately, he appears to be afraid of other cats and dogs, so he’s looking for a loving family all his own as the only pet. Luckily, he’s so great, he’s all you need!
