Meet Amanda, a tiny little orange sweetheart with the most precious face and a whole lot of love to give!

Amanda's story actually begins before she was even born. Her beautiful mama was found heavily pregnant at an abandoned school in Puerto Rico. It was immediately clear that she had once belonged to someone. She was incredibly friendly, trusting, and comfortable around people. Sadly, we believe she was dumped simply because she was pregnant.

Thankfully, local rescuers stepped in and gave this sweet mama a safe place to have her babies. And that's how little Amanda and her siblings came into the world! (We believe Amanda is a girl and are awaiting vet confirmation)

Now just 6 weeks old, Amanda is one of the sweetest little kittens you could ever meet. She and her siblings are incredibly loving, affectionate, and full of that irresistible kitten charm. It's amazing how much love these little babies have to give, especially considering the heartbreaking circumstances that brought their mama into rescue.

Amanda is currently in Puerto Rico, where she's growing bigger and stronger every day. Once she's old enough to travel and a loving foster or forever home is lined up, she'll be making her journey to the mainland to start her next chapter!

Amanda's mama was abandoned when she needed love the most. Now we're determined to make sure her babies never experience that kind of heartbreak.
