Meet Gumbo

Gumbo is one sweet little guy who may need a little extra time to show you his personality. He and his siblings were found as strays in a local backyard, without their mom, so it's understandable that Gumbo can be a little shy when it comes to new people and new surroundings.

Since arriving in foster care, Gumbo has been learning that life can be a lot different when you have a safe place to land. He's been settling in, growing more comfortable, and discovering that there are plenty of good things that come with being cared for and loved.

Gumbo may not be the first kitten to run up and greet you, but give him some time and you'll get to see the sweet boy underneath that cautious exterior. He's looking for a patient home where he can keep building his confidence and, most importantly, be given the chance to be a kitten.
