He's an adorable little chaos agent who takes equality very seriously by picking on puppies and humans completely without bias. Fueled by intense kitten energy, he approaches life at full throttle, whether he's sneak-attacking a dog's ear, swatting at unsuspecting human ankles, or demanding that you drop everything to shower him with affection right this very second.

Kotter is a shameless attention hog with zero volume control on his love, and he'll happily snuggle up for purr-heavy cuddles the exact moment he finishes running everyone ragged. Because his appetite for mayhem is truly bottomless, he absolutely needs a house with energetic feline playmates to help match his wrestling skills and keep his high-speed antics somewhat contained.

If you're looking for an ultra-affectionate, shamelessly dramatic little menace to keep your home lively, Kotter is ready to move in and take over.
