Foster or adopt Scarlet! Born in 2022, Scarlet is a beautiful tabby whose owner was going to euthanize her because they were moving out of the country. She is scared at the adoption site, but gentle and sweet, giving a soft meow and bunt when approached. Scarlet desperately needs a foster local to Contra Costa County, CA.
