**NOTE: All AVA kittens under 12 months of age MUST be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat. AVA does not accept applications for single kittens**
***Mila and Milton are siblings that should not be separated. They must be adopted as a pair and continue their life adventures together.
At 5.5 months old, Mila is a sweet and spirited little girl who came from a cat colony alongside her bonded brother, Milton. Her sister, Miley, was rescued just a few days earlier — so she’s part of this resilient little trio, and open to being adopted with her siblings.
Mila may seem a bit shy at first, but don’t be fooled, she’s a brave and curious young lady who can be even more adventurous than her bigger brother! Once she settles in, her playful and feisty side really shines through.
She loves watching the world go by from the window, but she’s equally happy curled up in a cozy corner for a peaceful nap. Mila enjoys being gently held and petted while she snoozes, especially around her ears, head, and soft little face.
She enjoys both wet and dry food twice a day, along with bite-sized treats in between. Mila also appreciates fresh, cold water.
Mila thrives in a calm, quiet environment and prefers peaceful afternoons over noisy chaos. With a little patience and a lot of love, she will blossom into a wonderfully affectionate and loyal companion.
Would you like to make Mila and Milton a part of your family? Please complete our online application found at: https://www.avacats.org/adoption-application-form.
Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping.
Adoption fees are $275 for each kitten up to 12 months old. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
All AVA kittens 12 months or younger must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with another young cat (3 years or younger). Kittens learn from each other how to behave, which helps them turn into well-adjusted adult cats. In general, paired cats have happier and healthier lives because they have a constant companion and playmate. Plus, it's twice the fun for you, and half the work!
