Sunshine is a beautiful grey tabby with gorgeous green eyes, a cute pink nose, and the most adorable little white slippers on her paws. She’s just as sweet as she is pretty!

If you're looking for a cuddle bug who thinks people are the best thing in the world, then meet Sunshine — a 1-year-old sweetheart who lives for love and companionship.

This laid-back girl simply wants to be close to her humans. She loves leaning against you, curling up beside you, or settling into your lap while she purrs away like a tiny motor. She isn’t big on wild playtime — she’d much rather spend her day soaking up affection and keeping you company.

One of her favorite pastimes is watching the world outside. You’ll often find Sunshine stretched out by the window, happily bird-watching or basking in the sunshine.

Sunshine currently lives with another cat, but she may thrive best as an only cat, where she can enjoy all of the love and attention for herself. She’s also made it clear that dogs are not her thing, so a dog-free home will be the best fit.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travel safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations, in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page!

Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call, creating a fun and personalized experience!

The adoption fee is $450 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2), FeLV vaccines (minimum of 2), Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.
