Butterscotch - Siamese and Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Republic, Washington

Considering adopting? The first step is to complete our online Adoption Application at http://forgetmenotshelter.org/application

Please do not call the shelter; do the application first.

Meet Butterscotch! Don't let his humble beginnings fool you—this breathtaking Siamese mix boy, born about 5/23/26, was destined for a life of pure luxury!

Butterscotch originally came to us as part of a feral colony, but he quickly made it clear that he had much bigger dreams than being a simple barn cat. Even during his early trapping days, while he might have hesitated, he would hunker down, lean into gentle chin scratches, and instantly start revving up his purr motor! We knew right then and there that a boy this pretty and sweet belonged on a plush couch, not out in the cold.

Now living happily in one of our Cat Manor rooms, Butterscotch is thriving alongside his kitten friends and soaking up all the perks of indoor life. He is a total lovebug who adores being held, petted, and pampered. While he can start off just a little bit shy in new situations, underneath that soft exterior is an endlessly loyal, tenderhearted companion ready to devote himself entirely to his favorite human.

If you are looking for a stunning, sweet-natured, and devoted little soul to lavish with love, Butterscotch is ready to move into his forever palace!

All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Butterscotch is a suggested minimum of $70 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.

Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
