Casper is the friendliest ghost we've met here at the shelter! Just in time for fall weather, Casper was taken in as a stray, so we don't know much about his background. Needless to say, we were absolutely SHOCKED by his friendliness. The boy loves affection. Not to mention his beautiful toasty coat paired with those blue eyes makes him absolutely irresistible!
