Casper is the brother of Vesper and Jasper, and he's definitely the little troublemaker of the trio! He's the most spunky of them all and loves chasing toys, zooming around, and finding new ways to keep everyone entertained. He's playful, curious, and full of personality. Basically, if there's fun happening, Casper is probably the one who started it!
