Suki’s journey hasn’t been easy. She was originally adopted from a high-kill shelter in Texas and thought she had found her happily ever after. Sadly, due to life changes completely beyond her control, she now finds herself searching for a family once again at 3 years old.

Suki is affectionate and loving in her own wonderfully charming way. She enjoys attention on her terms—very much the queen of the household. Once she feels safe and comfortable, she’ll rub against you sweetly, dramatically flop over for pets, and proudly show off her fluffy belly while soaking up affection. Watching her trust blossom is truly special.

She would thrive in a calm, quieter home with respectful older children who understand feline boundaries. Suki can coexist peacefully with calm dogs that mostly mind their own business, but she would prefer to be the only cat since other felines tend to annoy her royal sensibilities.
