These two may have been found in different places, but after meeting in foster care, they quickly discovered they had the perfect recipe for friendship. Now they’re a delightful little duo who play hard, look out for one another, and make an exceptionally cute pair.

Salad Bar, the handsome brown tabby boy with the world's cutest little ear tufts, is the social butterfly and resident lap cat. He loves attention, happily seeks out pets, and rewards his people with an impressively loud purr. (Turn the volume up on the video to hear both of their little rumbles!) If there’s an available lap, he’s more than willing to put it to good use. He’s playful, affectionate, and has a way of making himself right at home with his favorite humans. This sweet boy has a little forever wink because of a nonfunctional eye that remains in place because it’s comfortable and doesn’t bother him.

Berry Bar, the beautiful gray-and-white girl, likes to take her cues from her buddy. She may hang back for a moment when getting to know you, but Salad Bar is her favorite confidence coach. When she sees him stroll over for pets or curl up on your lap, she’ll often decide that looks like an excellent idea and come over to request some affection of her own. She also has an endearingly nurturing side. Even though she’s still a kitten herself, Berry Bar keeps a watchful, almost motherly eye on her foster siblings and clearly cares deeply about her little feline family.

When playtime begins, all bets are off. Salad Bar and Berry Bar adore wrestling with each other, chasing dangling strings, and may even turn you into part of the playground, especially when a high-speed chase requires climbing directly over a person rather than taking the perfectly reasonable route around them.

Their friendship is particularly special because they weren’t born together. They simply met, connected, and discovered that life is more fun with the other one in it. Salad Bar brings out Berry Bar’s confidence, while Berry Bar brings her own gentle, caring spirit to the partnership.

With their coordinated forever winks (which don’t slow them down or require any special care), sweet personalities, and talent for keeping each other entertained, Salad Bar and Berry Bar are proof that sometimes the best siblings are the ones you choose. They’re looking for a home where they can keep wrestling, purring, cuddling, and charming everyone they meet.
