DESCRIPTION
Honeysuckle is a true case of sadness and redemption. This poor 1-2yr old boy loved his owner so much and then his owner passed tragically. With no where to go, he was sent to a shelter where he had been living since early JUNE (yes JUNE) in a 2x2 cage hiding under a blanket and terrified. When volunteers would visit him, he only wanted to snuggle and give hugs, but then when alone went into hiding again and so went unnoticed.
He is NOT a hider. He is so friendly so sweet and SOOO mushy that he immediately caught our attention and we brought him into foster. He is just wonderful in every way. Wants so much to love back to everyone he meets. Seems fine with other pets and just needs time to decompress in a new home. Can live in an apartment or in a huge house - either way he wants to be by your side and is a literal couch potato. Could lose a few pounds... but otherwise has been a perfect dream. GREAT ESA CAT and possible therapy cat in more ways. Just a gentle giant.
