Ramona - Persian Cat for Adoption in Irondequoit, New York

Meet lovely Ramona! She is not only a purrrr-fect girl, she's also a Persian! Ramona was brought in as a stray, and while we have no idea how she came to be in that situation, we do know at some point she must have been with people who took very good care of her. Ramona is a total sweetheart who is very happy relaxing in your lap and getting pets, and she's a purr machine! Having an owner who is fastidious about grooming is necessary, as Ramona's coat is long and she has the quintessential Persian "smush-face." This gentle, loving cat is looking for someone to shower her with attention and make sure she always stays inside a safe, loving home - if that is you, please fill out an application to meet Ramona!

The Persian cat is a beloved breed known for its luxurious, long fur, flat face, and gentle temperament. Originating from Persia, now Iran, Persians are characterized by their round faces, short noses, and large, expressive eyes. These affectionate and calm cats make wonderful indoor companions, thriving in a peaceful and quiet environment. Persians require regular grooming to maintain their stunning coat and are prone to some health issues due to their flat facial structure.
