October 19th
female, small, baby
DESCRIPTION
Gertrude is a middle-aged woman who would very much like everyone to calm down.
She has no interest in drama, loud parties, or whatever nonsense the younger cats are getting into these days.
She's quiet, a bit shy, and has the facial expression of someone who has been disappointed by humanity on more than one occasion.
Gertrude isn't going to throw herself into your arms, but once she's in your lap, she's an absolute sweetheart. Gentle, affectionate, and perfectly content to soak up some love. She gets along well with other cats, calm dogs, and older children. She isn't aggressive to younger children, but they move fast and make noises that are a bit scary for her.
Gertrude is looking for a peaceful home where she can enjoy the finer things in life and curl up in a warm lap.
ABOUT: PERSIAN CAT BREED
The Persian cat is a beloved breed known for its luxurious, long fur, flat face, and gentle temperament. Originating from Persia, now Iran, Persians are characterized by their round faces, short noses, and large, expressive eyes. These affectionate and calm cats make wonderful indoor companions, thriving in a peaceful and quiet environment. Persians require regular grooming to maintain their stunning coat and are prone to some health issues due to their flat facial structure.
