These pretty kittens were found at Diamond Lake, after being born to a cat that had been abandoned. Fortunately, Lynn, one of our volunteers, became aware of their plight and brought them to us. After their difficult start in life their forever home will be a dream come true!
Walter, the handsome marbled brown tabby, and Winnie, his cute as she can be tortoiseshell sister, are about 4 months old. They've been spayed/neutered, wormed, had their first kitten shots and are very good kitties with their litter box. We think Winnie is a Maine Coon cross. She certainly fits the bill with her crazy ear tufts, soft as silk fur and winning personality. They are being fostered with other kittens and get along great with everyone. We think they'll do just fine with cat friendly canines too, once they get to know them. Both are very friendly, playful and lovable, with world class purring skills. Walter, especially, takes his lap warming duties very seriously. He'll crawl into the nearest lap, settle right in and fall fast asleep, as he purrs his contentment. Once his battery is recharged, he's up for some crazy, energetic kitten antics with his equally full of beans sister. Winnie is so funny, always inventing exciting new games for them to play. They would love to be adopted together, if possible, so they always have a buddy to play 'Get that kitty!' with. Two kittens are so much fun, it would be a shame for both you and them to miss out on all the hilarious kitten chaos they are so very good at.
