DESCRIPTION
Sprinkle is a pretty, long-haired girl whose magnificent fur proclaims that she is a Maine coon mix (although her size doesn't). This 15-year-old sweetheart lost the only home she had ever known when the person who meant the world to her passed away. Despite her loving, loyal nature, no one in the family was willing to give her a home for her remaining years. Sprinkle's foster can tell you how warm and affectionate this little lady is; she enjoys being pet and will happily curl up next to you with a contented purr. We haven’t seen her around other cats, dogs or children yet, but do well with all of those given proper introductions. (Will gladly give you pointers on that.) Sprinkle would do best in an interactive home where she isn’t left alone for long hours. Whoever is fortunate enough to adopt this little girl will gain a devoted companion for life. Sprinkle seems like an easy cat who would be suitable for a first-time adopter.
She has been spayed, is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and treated for worms and fleas. Her adopter will receive her medical records, including a recent exam and blood work. She’s being fostered in Boston. Adoptions are facilitated by video meet-and-greets, as well as in-person visits. There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee, which helps us continue rescuing cats in need. In Sprinkle's case, it has been reduced to a mere $35-- a bargain for a new best friend. Cats can live past 20 years, so please consider whether you can commit to providing a safe, loving home for life before adopting. Please email Safercats11@gmail.com with your phone number and a little about yourself and the home you would provide. Doing so helps rescuers match cats with the right adopters.
