Hey Tania, I decided not to move forward with adopting baby Mandarin. Here is a bio and picture for you to post.
Meet Mandarin
This sweet little orange tabby is proof that being a little different doesn't slow you down!
When Mandarin was just 5-6 weeks old, she was found with twine tightly wrapped around her back right leg. Sadly, her leg could not be saved, and she had to undergo an amputation. But this little girl is nothing short of amazing! She healed beautifully and adapted to life as a tripod so quickly that you would never know she was missing a leg. She still zooms around the house like the crazy kitten she is!
At four months old, Mandarin is full of personality, curiosity, and plenty of kitten energy. She loves her food and snacks and has absolutely no problem letting you know when she thinks it's time for a meal.
She has grown up around other animals, including another cat, a rabbit, and a very large dog, and she has done wonderfully with all of them. She would especially love a home with another young, playful cat who can keep up with her kitten antics and give her a friend to grow up with.
But when playtime is over, this girl is all about the cuddles. She is an incredibly snuggly kitten who loves to tuck herself into the blankets with you at bedtime, curl up close, and make biscuits until she settles in for the night.
Mandarin is now spayed and ready to find her forever family. She has already overcome so much in her short life, and she has absolutely no idea that she is anything but a happy, playful, perfectly wonderful kitten.
If you're looking for a loving little orange tabby with a huge personality, a serious appreciation for snacks, and a heart full of cuddles, Mandarin may be your girl.
