Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption in Yorkville, Illinois

Meet Weezy! Weezy is an approximately 1-2 years old male DSH kitty who was surrendered recently. He was reportedly not getting along with the other animals in the home and marking... but Weezy had not lived with animals prior to being rehomed to this family and he was only with them a short time. He also wasn't neutered. Now that he is in our care, we have not seen any urinary issues/marking and Weezy is a friendly cat. He is now neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and FELV/FIV tested negative. He uses the litterbox here at the shelter and we will hopefully be seeing how he reacts to other cats and dogs shortly, after he adjusts to our communal cat adoption room. His adoption fee is $100.
