Hoppin Howie is an 8-week-old Kitty that is ready for adoption. He is a tripod, but don't let hold that against him. He gets around just fine and is very fast, he is also into everything. Carpeting would be best for him.
His story is very sad. Howie was found at 5 weeks old hanging by his leg upside down underneath a trailer. He most likely was hanging outside down for a couple days because his leg was totally dead, and ice cold he needed surgery ASAP as sepsis was starting to set in. He will be a little shy when you meet him, but don't hold that against him he comes around very fast and he is a purring machine.
