Introducing Savannah, a loving, affectionate young cat with a heart full of warmth and a playful spirit. Despite a difficult start in life, Savannah remains incredibly friendly and trusting—always seeking attention, affection, and a cozy spot close to her people.

Savannah’s journey began in a crowded market in Egypt, where she was found confined to a cage—confused, frightened, and in desperate need of help. Even then, her sweet nature shone through. Thankfully, a dedicated rescuer was able to bring her to safety, where she received the care, love, and medical attention she needed to begin her new life.

Now about one year old, Savannah is as beautiful as she is loving. Her soft, glowing white coat and striking golden eyes give her an elegant presence, but it’s her gentle, affectionate personality that truly captures hearts. She enjoys toys and occasional playful moments, but she’s happiest simply being near her people—following you from room to room, curling up beside you, and purring contentedly.

Savannah would do well as the only cat in a home where she can soak up all the love, or with one calm, easygoing, non-dominant feline companion. A slow, thoughtful introduction would help her feel secure and comfortable.

Savannah is fully vetted and ready for her forever home. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, combo tested negative, and microchipped.

Her adoption fee is $250, which helps cover her vetting, travel, and care—and importantly, allows funds to be returned to the Egyptian rescuers who saved her, so they can continue their lifesaving work helping other cats in need.

Currently fostered in Burke, VA, Savannah is ready to leave her past behind and begin a life filled with love, safety, and belonging. She has endured so much and is more than ready to be cherished as part of a family.
