Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption

WINNIE

Domestic Short Hair
April 28th
female, small, baby

DESCRIPTION

Meet Winnie! This sweet girl is about 4.5 months old and ready to meet her forever human. The first thing you might notice about Winnie is her unique coloring - she has a striking, "smoky" colored coat, light underneath and black on top. But she's more than just a pretty face! Winnie is quite affectionate, frequently seeking out pets and snuggles. Potential adopters should know that she is nervous around new people and may need a few days to settle in to her new home, but once she gets comfortable she is a true lover!

Winnie is active and playful, but has a gentle nature so she would likely be a great companion for people of all ages. Since she likes attention she would do best in a home where her people have time and energy to spoil her! She does not mind being picked up and will usually pick a spot next to someone (whether it be a human or another cat) to cuddle up next to in her down time.

Winnie has been around other cats in her foster home and adores them (her foster mom has a vast collection of photos of her snuggling up to the other household cats!). She especially likes her sister Willie, and they could be adopted together, but as long as there is another friendly cat in her forever home, she should be happy. Winnie has never been around dogs but would likely be ok with one given proper introductions. She has not met any kids either but as long as they are respectful (and can be patient as she settles in) she should be fine.

Winnie is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, tested negative for FIV/FELV, and up-to-date on her vaccinations. If you might be the perfect home for this lovely girl, apply to meet her today!
