Cola - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Wilmington, North Carolina

Meet Cola!

Cola is an adorable little black kitten with a tiny white spot on his chest and a heart full of love! His rescue story started at a beach resort, where he was spotted hiding under a Coca-Cola machine. He was frightened and unsure of his surroundings, but a Friends of Felines volunteer was able to safely catch him. Once he realized he was safe, his sweet personality quickly emerged. He immediately started arching his little back, asking for scratches and attention!

Cola did have a wound on his back when he was rescued, but thankfully it has now healed. During his veterinary examination, the vet also discovered some older scars. We can only imagine what this poor little guy may have been through. It's possible he was attacked by something and managed to escape. Whatever his past may have been, Cola is now safe and getting all the love and care he deserves.

Cola is a super sweet boy who loves human companionship and enjoys playing with his foster kitten friend. He's happy to be indoors, where he has a warm, safe place to sleep, plenty of toys, and people to love on him.

We would love to see Cola adopted into a home with another friendly, playful cat or kitten. He enjoys having a buddy and would benefit from having a feline friend to grow up with and share his adventures.

After whatever he experienced outdoors, Cola is ready to enjoy the good life! A loving family, a cozy bed, plenty of playtime, and lots of attention are all he needs.

**Cola has left the Coca-Cola machine behind and is ready to become someone's favorite little companion. Could that be you?

All cats and kittens adopted through Friends of Felines are spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on FVRCP vaccinations and rabies shots (if old enough).
