Shadow is a quiet soul with a gentle presence, the kind of companion who doesn't demand attention but slowly earns a place deep in your heart. This handsome older black cat has spent years perfecting the art of observation-he prefers cozy corners, soft blankets, and watching the world from a safe distance.

Shy at first, Shadow takes his time getting to know new people, but patience is rewarded with soft purrs, slow blinks, and the occasional nuzzle. Once he trusts you, his affection is subtle but deeply meaningful-he'll sit nearby, follow you from room to room, and keep you company in his calm, comforting way.

Shadow would thrive in a quiet home where he can settle in at his own pace and be loved for exactly who he is. If you're looking for a low-key, loyal companion with a tender heart, Shadow is ready to spend his golden years by your side.

He is neutered, up-to-date on his FVRCP and Rabies vaccines, and he is FIV and FeLV negative.

Shadow is currently staying at our Heartland Facility! We are open Thursday 4 pm-7 pm, Friday 4 pm-7 pm, Saturday Noon-6 pm, and Sunday Noon-6 pm. Feel free to stop by to meet him! No appointment necessary.
