Iris was a devoted mama cat who did an amazing job raising her two little babies. Now that her job as a mom is complete, she is ready to focus on herself and enjoy some well earned peace and quiet. Iris is a confident, sassy lady who knows what she likes and isn't shy about setting boundaries. She prefers to be the only animal in the home and will do best as your one and only feline companion.

Before being spayed, Iris was almost constantly in heat, which likely made life stressful for her and may have influenced some of her behaviors. Now that she has been spayed, we are hopeful that a more relaxed, hormone free life will help her feel more comfortable and settled over time. As she continues to decompress, we are still getting to know her true personality.

One look at Iris and you will notice her striking eyes, one blue and one yellow, which give her a truly unforgettable look. She is a beautiful, opinionated girl with a lot of character who will thrive in a home that respects her space and lets her be herself. Iris is ready for a fresh start and a family that appreciates a strong, independent cat with a whole lot of charm.

Adoption Information

Prior to adoption, every cat in our care is spayed or neutered, microchipped, given age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for parasites, and combo-tested for FIV/FeLV. We make sure each cat is healthy, safe, and ready to thrive in their forever home.

Adoption Fees



Kittens (under 6 months): $150


Adults (over 6 months): $125


Seniors / Special Needs: $75

Kittens under 4 months must go to a home with another friendly feline, or be adopted with a buddy. (If a kitten is excluded from this rule, it will be noted in their profile.)
