Caliope is a wonderful little kitty with a soft, sensitive soul. She can be a bit nervous at first, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her personality truly shines. She will happily talk your ear off, snuggle near you, and soak up every pat, pet, and scratch you are willing to give. We are still working on full cuddles off the ground, but she loves being close.

In the shelter environment, Caliope did some stress grooming, which is not uncommon for gentle, sensitive cats in a busy setting. In a calm, loving home where she feels secure, she blossoms and relaxes beautifully.

Caliope will roll over for belly scratches and has never bitten or even put her claws out. She is gentle through and through. She enjoys the company of other cats, does well with dogs and other animals, and is good with kids, making her a great fit for many types of homes.

Caliope is a special cat who deserves the kindest, gentlest home, one that will love her sweetness just as much as her delightful little quirks.

Adoption Information

Prior to adoption, every cat in our care is spayed or neutered, microchipped, given age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for parasites, and combo-tested for FIV/FeLV. We make sure each cat is healthy, safe, and ready to thrive in their forever home.

Adoption Fees



Kittens (under 6 months): $150


Adults (over 6 months): $125


Seniors / Special Needs: $75

We cannot hold cats for any reason. Please only apply if you're ready to meet and welcome your new companion within 3 days of applying.


Kittens under 4 months must go to a home with another friendly feline, or be adopted with a buddy. (If a kitten is excluded from this rule, it will be noted in their profile.)
