Fuji - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Weehawken Township, New Jersey

Meet Fuji!

Fuji is a 2-month-old female tortoiseshell kitten rescued, along with her sister Gala, from a colony in West New York by a TNR volunteer.

Since then, Fuji has made strides in her socialization progress. She can be picked up and petted. She will come to humans, especially if they have treats. She and Gala are currently thriving in a foster home with a younger foster sister, Pink Lady.

They both love to eat, and if you’re not paying attention, they will steal the dinner off your plate like the hungry hippos they are. Fuji is a little more food-obsessed than her sister and will gladly lie on her back in your lap and purr while you give her treats. Nothing but the best for this tortie angel.

She is also very playful, and most enjoys hunting wand toys and chasing down balls. When she's not playing, you can find her and her sister perched on the cat tree, watching the window for birds or taking a nap.

If you are a patient and supportive adopter looking for a beautiful tortie (and the attitude that comes with it), Fuji is the kitten for you.

Adopt this cutie with another kitten from our rescue, or into a home with another young furry playmate.
