Meet the California Crew: six tiny kittens, one big adventure

The California Crew are six 12-week-old kittens who have grown up together with their foster familys dog and cat, and are now ready to find their forever families!

This profile features Diego, San Francisco, and Fresno, but dont forget — there are six kittens total! Their siblings Sacramento, Santa Barbara, and Hollywood are featured in a separate Petfinder profile. Any of these kittens can be adopted together with a sibling, or can go to homes that already have at least one cat.

Each kitten has their own special magic — from fearless explorers and social butterflies to expert snugglers and playful little troublemakers. Theyre all curious, affectionate, and ready to bring endless fun (and probably a little chaos ) into their forever homes.

San Diego — The Fearless Explorer

Diego is the brave explorer of the group. While his siblings run away from a strange noise, Diego runs toward it — ready to investigate and make friends. He was the first kitten to befriend the resident cat and dog in his foster home and the first to explore new areas. Once Diego decided everything was safe, his siblings followed his lead.

This confident little guy is also a total lovebug. The second you pick him up, his purrs begin. He loves being near his people and will happily follow you everywhere... sometimes a little too closely. Watch your step — Diego believes walking alongside you means literally walking through your feet.

Fresno — The Gentle Soul

Fresno is the quietest of her siblings, but shes just as sweet. Shes been a true mamas girl because shes happiest when shes hanging out with her mom (and honestly, shes her moms tiny twin!).

She may take a little longer to warm up than some of her siblings, but once she trusts you, shes comfortable being picked up and loved on. Fresno would especially thrive in a home with a kind, friendly cat who can help her continue to build confidence.

San Francisco — The Social Butterfly

Francisco is an outgoing little void with a big heart. Hes one of the first kittens to run up for pets and attention, and hes quick to start purring when he gets picked up.

Hes also a huge fan of his dog foster brother — happily headbutting him for attention and accepting doggy head licks. Francisco is playful, affectionate, and always ready to make a new friend.
