DESCRIPTION
Layla was surrendered by her owner without too many notes except that she was 'territorial.' But the shelter staff noted that she was extremely friendly, she just doesn't like to be picked up. She's currently settling into her new foster home and has yet to display any territorial or negative behavior. She seems a bit sad, and not really interested in interacting quite yet, but we can only imagine how scared and confused she must be. We're letting her set the pace and hope she gets comfortable enough to show us her full personality.
