Mr. Biscuit is one of nine cats found left in plastic carriers on the side of the road recently. They were clearly all former pets and are desperate to get out of cages and back into a home. Mr. Biscuit is a 4yo male, weighs 10 lbs, and loves to talk! He's playful and so sweet and loves catnip! He also loves Pudding Pie who is also available for adoption.
