What the Shelter Says About Me: Rilee was born as a stray in Puerto Rico and is sweet, affectionate, and gentle. He can be a little shy at first (simply reserved) but we know he loves human attention -- particularly head scratches! He might seem to be a 'back of the class' kind of guy at first but when you get to know him, you will LOVE him.
