Nugget - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Walker, Michigan

Nugget is an 8-year-old brown tabby with a friendly, affectionate personality and a gentle way of connecting with people. She is social with new faces and tolerates new environments well, often choosing to spend her time cozied up in her bed while still staying engaged with what's going on around her.

When someone approaches, Nugget is quick to greet them, happily coming forward to sniff hands and give soft bumps as a hello. Once she's comfortable, she really leans into attention and enjoys pets, often returning for more while purring loudly to let you know she's enjoying it.

Nugget previously coexisted with both a dog and a cat, though her current comfort level with other animals is uncertain, so any introductions should be slow and thoughtful. She has no known history with children and may do best with older, respectful kids who understand her boundaries. Nugget is declawed and will thrive in a calm, caring home where she can enjoy affection and companionship at her own pace.
