Hello, I'm Quentin Purrantino!
Well, well, well... you've found me. Quentin Purrantino. Director. Leading man. Professional people-lover. And, apparently, a cat who is currently auditioning for the role of Someone's Very Best Friend.
I'm still new to this whole getting-adopted business, and my foster mom is still figuring out all my quirks. But one thing is already crystal clear: I LOVE PEOPLE.
Like, really love people.
Give me pets? Excellent.
Give me scratches? Even better.
Let me hang out with you? Now we're talking.
My ideal day involves being near my favorite humans and receiving a completely reasonable—by my standards—amount of attention. I don't particularly enjoy being separated from my people, either. If I'm left alone or shut in a room by myself, I'll probably have some feelings about it. And by “some feelings,” I mean I'll cry and make sure you know that I've noticed your absence.
The good news is that I do settle down after a little while. I'm just a guy who prefers company over solitude. Because of that, I'd probably do best in a home where someone is around fairly often. It doesn't have to be one person sitting beside me 24/7—I understand people have jobs, errands, and other suspicious activities—but having someone around most of the time would make me very happy.
And if you think my emotional commentary stops there, think again.
I am also a professional narrator. I like to accompany my daily activities with adorable little burrrts, quiet under-the-breath meows, and assorted kitty commentary. What am I saying? Nobody knows. Is it important? Absolutely. Will I be providing a director's commentary on your household? Almost certainly.
As for other animals, my foster mom hasn't had a chance to officially audition me with dogs or cats yet. However, I did come from a home with cats and children, so there's reason to think I could do well with friendly feline roommates and respectful kids. Proper introductions, of course—I may be a movie star, but even I understand the importance of taking things one scene at a time.
My perfect home would be:
A person or family who really enjoys an affectionate cat
Someone who's home fairly often and doesn't mind having a furry sidekick
Plenty of pets, scratches, attention, and quality time
People who appreciate a cat with a lot to say
Respectful children, if any
Friendly cats, with proper introductions
Dogs are still a mystery—I haven't had my canine screen test yet!
If you're looking for a handsome, affectionate companion who will follow you around, soak up your attention, and provide a tiny running commentary on the events of your household, I may be the leading man you've been waiting for.
I can't promise an entirely quiet production. I can promise plenty of purrs, burrrts, cuddles, and unconditional love.
So, what do you say?
Lights. Camera. Adoption!
