**Meet Violeta!**

Violeta is an independent, initially shy girl who has made wonderful progress during her time at the Care Center. While she can be fearful and may hiss or swat when overwhelmed, she has shown that she is capable of building trust with patient, gentle interactions. She now enjoys head pets and cheek rubs, leans into affection, and has even started seeking attention from staff at the front of her kennel. She also enjoys treats and has shown interest in playtime.

Violeta would do best with experienced cat parents who understand that she may need time to adjust and feel secure in a new home. With patience, a calm environment, and the opportunity to interact on her own terms, she has the potential to continue blossoming. A home without young children is recommended.
