Maxine and Rubina - Domestic Short Hair Cat Available for Adoption in Victoria, British Columbia

Maxine and Rubina are sisters who came into our care together. At first, they were both very nervous and shut down. Once they realized that they were together, they quickly switched to exploring, playing, and snuggling! Maxine (with white) can be stand-off at first. She will hiss to warn you just how tough she is. Sister Rubina will then rub herself on Maxine to calm her down, and also rub herself on whatever is “scary”, to help reassure Maxine that she is safe. Both girls love to play and meow very sweetly, just letting you know that they are there.

We are looking for an indoor only home.
