Journey is an adorable calico tabby who’s only about a year old, so she still has plenty of playful kitten energy. She’s confident, curious, and always ready to be part of whatever you’re doing. If she thinks she’s not getting enough attention, don’t be surprised if she climbs right onto your shoulders to remind you she’s there! This affectionate girl loves being around her people and has a personality that’s impossible not to adore.

A kind person noticed Journey had shown up as a stray at the beginning of winter and, when spring arrived, realized she was pregnant. Thankfully, they brought her to safety so she could raise her kittens indoors. Life outside hadn’t been kind to Journey, and she lost the tips of both ears, likely from frostbite during the cold winter months. Those tiny ears are a reminder of where she’s been—but they don’t slow her down one bit. If anything, they make her even more unique and lovable.

Journey gets along well with other cats and dogs, making her an easy addition to many families. She’s friendly, outgoing, and always ready for playtime, cuddles, or whatever adventure the day brings.

After surviving life on her own and raising her family, Journey has more than earned a home where she’ll never have to worry about the weather or where her next meal will come from. She’s ready to spend the rest of her life being loved—and she’ll make sure you feel just as loved in return.

This cat attends adoption events at our Verona Adoption Center on Saturdays from 10am to 2:30pm and Sundays from 12pm to 3pm.
