Harper - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Vancouver, Washington

My foster knows me better than anyone! Here's what they had to say about me during my time with them:Harper has the personality of a risk assessment professional. He likes to sit back and watch the rough tackle and wrestle that happens when multiple kittens start their play session. But as soon as he sees that energy burst slow down, then he is all in. Sometimes he is the one who starts round two of the chase and wrestle sibling fun. Harper also knows how to communicate and get what he wants with people because he is a pro at staring directly into your eyes until you pick him up to cuddle and give him kisses. His litterbox skills and intellectual personality will win you over at your first meeting. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 2lbs Age: 0yrs 0mths 11wks Animal has been Neutered
