Bushel - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Vancouver, Washington

Hello there, future human. I should probably mention upfront that I'm what you might call a "professional observer" - I've got a PhD in Careful Consideration and a master's degree in Taking My Sweet Time. I prefer to approach new situations with the patience of a cat waiting for the perfect sunbeam. I'll need some cozy spots where I can retreat and recharge while we work on this whole "trusting humans" project together. The good news? I respond beautifully to gentle encouragement and quiet bonding sessions - think of me as a confidence-building work in progress who just needs the right cheerleader.
Here's what you need to know about me:
I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.
I'd do best meeting kids before going home. An adoption counselor can tell you more. Primary Color: Brown Tabby Weight: 19.84375lbs Age: 6yrs 0mths 1wks Animal has been Neutered
