Tipper (who we think is two) is a very good boy. He was found sleeping on the sidewalk, and someone grabbed him so he would be safe. He's a quiet boy but the minute anyone show him any attention he will run up to you to be petted and loved. We'll never know how this nice boy ended up outside all alone but, we do know that he wants a home, and this time a forever home.
