Hemp was surrendered to the shelter because his mom was moving to a place that does not accept pets. He was surrendered with his brother Haze. Hemp is described by his mom as being very loving and is a great cuddle bug. He is a bit shy at first but once he knows you, he's very playful, friendly and affectionate.
