Gemma - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Traverse City, Michigan

Meet Gemma

This girl truly is a gem! She's curious, eager, playful, and loves to be petted. Just a bundle of joy. She'll follow you around to see what's happening. Playtime? Yes, please and thank you! She'll play so hard with a wand toy that you'll need to make her take a break. This is perfect for some lap time! Just pick her up and plop her on your lap. Gemma loves food and is very food motivated - great way to make friends quickly.

Gemma can also be pretty chill and entertain herself, so should be a nice combination of attention-seeking and independence. She has not yet been around children or dogs but would expect her to do well. She does well with other friendly cats but is definitely a leader/dominant kitty. She may also have potential as an only kitty with regular interaction and if not left alone for too long. She really is a gem and should do well in a variety of home settings.
