Pembina’s a precious princess!
Pembina’s name may mean “cranberry”, but we are certain that she is sweeter than that! This pretty girl came to EHS from an overcrowded municipal shelter. Her previous life is a mystery to us, so this black and white beauty is now a clean slate. We look forward to learning more about her as we go and watching where the next chapter of Pembina’s story takes her!
ABOUT PEMBINA
- In foster
- Pembina was understandably scared when she first arrived at her foster home, but it didn’t take her long to come out of hiding to find her food bowl, and to explore the room.
- This curious cat enjoys the view from a comfortable windowsill. She also likes her cat tree.
- Pembina’s foster parent describes her as “unsure about things,” but as she settles into her new environment, she has been revealing her playful side. When things are quiet, and at nighttime, Pembina loves to play—a lot!
- Pembina has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.
PEMBINA’S IDEAL HOME
- As we get to know Pembina better, we will be able to better identify what her ideal home will look like.
- We are unsure of Pembina’s exposure to children, other cats, and dogs, so we do not know how she would do with them for now.
