Double the sweetness, double the fun! Pecan and Praline are a bonded pair of sisters who love being near their people, playing, and have a special knack for making themselves part of whatever is going on.

Pecan, one year old, is a curious, social and playful girl who loves being part of whatever her people are up to. She enjoys exploring her surroundings, chasing a fishing-rod toy and loves curling up in a cozy desk bed - the perfect way to keep you company without getting in the way! She plays very gently, never using her claws, and she’s happy to be picked up and cuddled, although she’s more of a “sit beside you” girl than a “sit on you” cat. Pecan is always interested in what’s going on around her and has some adorable little quirks, including climbing into the bathtub, rolling onto her back and happily accepting tummy rubs. She does need a little time to settle into new surroundings and can be shy and reserved at first, but give her about a week and her curious, outgoing personality starts to shine. Once she’s comfortable, she’s right where the action is, happily keeping tabs on her people and everything happening around her.

Praline, three years old, is a petite, sweet and gentle girl who is becoming more confident and affectionate every day. She has an easy-going personality and is starting to play more, usually preferring to observe from the sidelines. She also loves to curl up in the desk bed with her sister, Pecan. As her confidence has grown, Praline has started seeking out more affection, including cuddles and even sitting on laps. She’s quite the little communicator and will happily meow when she’s looking for reassurance or wondering where her people have gone. Praline did need a little extra time to feel comfortable in her new surroundings and may initially prefer to keep her paws on the ground. With patience and a little time, she’s been showing more and more of her sweet, affectionate side and is really starting to come out of her shell. Both girls are gentle, affectionate in their own ways, and good with cats, dogs and children. Pecan and Praline are bonded and MUST be adopted together.

Praline & Pecan came to us as owner surrenders when their owners could no longer care for them.
