Hi, I'm Boba, and before we go any further, I have one question:

Have you met my sister Biba?

She handles the socializing around here. I'm more of a behind-the-scenes kind of girl.
I'm a beautiful 3-year-old brown tabby who is bonded with my sister, Biba. We've been through a lot of change together, and shelter life has been especially overwhelming for me.
Right now, I'm a very shy girl who needs people to respect my boundaries. If I'm scared or overwhelmed, I'm not afraid to communicate it with a hiss or a swat. I'm not trying to be mean-I'm just letting you know that I'm not ready yet.

What I need is a patient, cat-savvy person who won't expect me to become their best friend overnight. Give me a quiet place to decompress, let me approach you on my own terms, and give me the chance to show you who I am once I actually feel safe.
Thankfully, I'll have my sister Biba right there beside me. She's my comfort, my confidence, and apparently my designated spokesperson.
