ABOUT SUMMER!

Meet Summer, our beautiful tabby lady! This sweet girl was brought to HAP as a stray, so we don't know much about her past. This has been a big change for her, so she's been a little on the shy side since coming to the shelter.

Summer is a little shy at first meeting, but once she warms up, she's very sweet! She enjoys hanging out with her human buddies, and she's always down for a little snack. She's not much for playing, she much prefers a good nap in a sun spot!

*Summer does okay with other cats, but she prefers human company. We aren't sure how she'd do with dogs or children.

*If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.
