Paul is a big, lovable guy who is ready to find a home where he can settle in and enjoy all the good things life has to offer. Paul came to the NHSPCA with his feline friend Sophie, and while he's currently taking some time to adjust to shelter life, he has shown us that he is a pretty friendly and affectionate cat.

Paul is what you might call a professional lounger. He loves nothing more than finding a comfortable spot to curl up for a good nap, especially when there are treats involved! But don't let his love of relaxing fool you-Paul also really enjoys attention and being pet. We think there's a good chance this handsome guy could become a wonderful lap cat once he's comfortable in his new home.

Paul is definitely carrying some extra weight, so his future family will want to help him work toward a healthier body condition through appropriate portions, treats in moderation, and plenty of opportunities for gentle activity. With some patience and encouragement, Paul can hopefully trade a few of those extra pounds for even more comfort and mobility.
