FROM STRAY TO SECOND CHANCE... MEET MR. T!

Some stories begin with a rough chapter... but we're hoping this one ends with a happily ever after.

Meet Mr. T, a handsome, approximately 12-month-old, 10-pound Domestic Shorthair tabby who came to Stafford County Animal Shelter as a stray from Brooke Road. When he arrived, the poor guy had severe abrasions on his head and very little fur left, almost as if he had suffered road rash. Despite everything he'd been through, Mr. T never gave up.

No owner ever came forward to claim him, so now he's ready to leave his past behind and start a new chapter.

Mr. T is a quiet, gentle gentleman who prefers a calm environment where he can simply enjoy the comforts of home. He's been sharing his space nicely with the other cats at the shelter and is litterbox trained. He doesn't ask for much, just a soft place to rest, regular meals, and someone to love him.

His fur is growing back beautifully, and with each passing day, he's looking and feeling more like the handsome young tabby he was always meant to be.

Mr. T is scheduled to be neutered on June 29, 2026, and will be ready to begin his new life with a family who sees him for who he is today, not what he's been through.
