Hi, I'm Maya.

I'm a 10-year-old, 9-pound tabby girl who came to the shelter as a stray. I don't know how I ended up on my own, but I do know what I'm looking for now: a safe, loving home where I can enjoy my retirement.

I'm an older lady who has clearly had some wear and tear along the way. I'm missing some teeth, my eyes are cloudy, and shelter life has been frightening for me. I'm currently spending time in an apartment with other cats, and having feline company is something I'm comfortable with.

I'm litter box trained and good with other cats, but what I really need is a quiet home where I can finally relax. I would love a soft bed, a sunny window, gentle attention, and someone who understands that an older cat doesn't need much to be happy.

I don't need a busy household or a long list of adventures. I need someone who will give me a peaceful place to call home and let me enjoy my golden years surrounded by love.

Walk-in adoptions are welcome. Adoptions conclude 30 minutes before closing.
